Three fundamental techniques...
Technique 1 Do not criticize, condemn, or complain.
"If you want to gather honey, don't kick over the beehive"
-Dale Carnegie.
A person is not given the option of criticizing or condemning anyone or anything just because they do not like them or because it annoys them. Just as Benjamin Franklin quoted "Any fool can criticize, condemn and complain - and most fools do" therefore, do not be a fool, no body was made superior to others so they can look down upon us as if we were pawns that they can utilize for their enjoyment. As history has seen before, nobody can be superior to others, just as it was seen by the Japanese, Nazis or the KKK, in the end, all will fall.
Technique 2 Give honest and sincere appreciation
"The big secret in dealing with people"
-Dale Carnegie
Finding an honest person in today's society is more difficult than eating a teaspoon full of cinnamon. And this is awful; how is it possible that we are living in a society where people with horrible attitude are abundant, and not that of a nice honest attitude. And just as the image in the right implies how many of our older and "mature" population are influencing us, the younger generation to forget our humanity and reasoning, to obtain some seconds of euphoria with a half beer chugged down.
But how is this possible? Adults in our community are just not as happy and responsible as they should be. Heck, many people in Germany take drinking beer as a lifestyle, but unlike everyone here, they do it in a responsible.
These last paragraphs have been about me presenting a never ending problem in our community; with complete honesty, no appreciation but honest.
Technique 3 Arouse in the other person an eager want.
"He who can do this has the whole world with him. He who cannot, walks a lonely way.
-Dale Carnegie
Giving another man the ability to want something, can be at times a powerful tool. If this is utilized correctly, the person will become ambitious, but in a positive way, but if this is misused to create a selfish person, then there is where the problems come in.
This can also create problems within two beings that are really close to each other, why you might say; just think about a person you love, for example a parent, who decides that you will become the next soccer hero, sensation, star or whatever they are called, just because he didn't get the chance to do the same as a younger person. So without asking you at all, they begin manipulating you, signing you up for sports, talking about the same sports and even spending all the money they had to try make you noticeable to the soccer recruiter. Yet, they never bother to ask you if that was what you wanted to be, what if you wanted to be a professor, or maybe an engineer or a scientist. Now the parents have just lost the money to some tuition, books or vacations, all that because they revoked their son's eager to want a certain career.

Reflection
If a person wants to successful with other people, they will not think twice before taking these three techniques and put them into practice. Unfortunately, I do not want or desire to handle people people, I do not want to influence others to do my will. Yet, I will use them to stop myself from being used as a puppet. I honestly think that i would enjoy using the second technique because sincerity is really appreciated anywhere. But overall, that is the only technique I consider using.
